Important: Please read our return policy carefully. No exceptions will be made, as you agree to these terms at the time of purchase.
Returns
Timeframe:
You have 14 days after receiving your product to return it.
If 14 days have passed, unfortunately we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
Conditions:
The returned item must be in the same condition as when you received it – unused and in its original packaging.
For hygiene-related products, items must be thoroughly cleaned before initiating the return process.
Exclusions:
For hygienic reasons, certain items cannot be returned. This includes underwear, lingerie, tights, and certain personal care items.

Refunds
Process:
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed automatically within 30 days and applied to your original payment method.
Late or Missing Refunds:
If you haven’t received a refund after 30 days, first check your bank account again.

Costs
Return Shipping:
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as LunivaToronto is not responsible for lost returns.
Returns must be shipped to China. Return costs start at approximately €20 and are the customer’s responsibility.
Exceptions
Defective or Incorrect Items:
If you receive a defective or incorrect product, we will send a replacement free of charge.
If the issue occurs a second time, we will issue a full refund.
Cancellations:
Orders cannot be cancelled once placed due to our automated system.
